I was originally going to color the dragon white, but soon realized that with the background I had, it would soon take on the whole 'white rabbit in a snowstorm' syndrome thing. So I made it blue. Cuz I like blue. An' blue's about the next color associated with ice next to white. Fu fu fu...

Done as an art trade with ~Kaizer42 Pencil outline colored in Photoshop 5.0.
