The second half of a commission - Laina the Spider Monkey/Magpie gryph. I know that Magpies 'n other black birds have that wonderful greenish sheen to their feathers at certain angles, but I have no paint or method to get that shine.
 I was thinking of adding streaks of really dark green, but methinks that would look rather ugly for this sculpt... But besides that, I like the way this turned out. :3 Hopefully the customer will too? 2.5 inches tall, super sculpey clay painted with acrylics, accented with 2mm glass eyes. |
