Maelstrom Profile

Watercolor background with Prismacolor pencils and touched up with white acrylic paint. Unfortunately, I didn't have any uber-bright neonlike shades of aqua like how he's supposed to be, so he looks pretty pale. :/ But besides that, I'm content. I'm still trying to figure out how to get that pretty sheen that I see on dark birds like crows or ravens. So pretty... I wish I could have one.
