Where do you go to make your ringtones?

Blargh, taking a quick break from cramming for a final exam to throw this question out - can anyone recommend a good website for creating custom ringtones? I recently got a new phone and have been having fun customizing stuff. I was originally going to sign up at [link] because my sis said it was good and she's had no problems, but when I found out that the tones magically cut off early on my particular model, I changed my mind. >_>;

I don't need a site with too many bells and whistles or long-term subscriptions, just a simple ol' "upload song, crop here, send!" type of thing. I don't mind paying for the service either so long as it's a short-term contract or pay per song type of deal.

Doing a google search shows so many results, but I'm paranoid about clicking on them... I'm afraid of falling for some kind of phishing/spam site or something! ;_;

In other news - GAHHHHHHIGAWELIJES SEMESTER'S ALMOST OVER

But I start summer school immediately afterwards.

i make my own xD; i open the song in Movie maker, cut it to where i want it, then upload the song to my phone via the USB cable.

A friend helped me with some music problems.
So now I have Audacity to help me edit songs to create nice ringtones.
(i so tinkered with Caramell Dansen for the chorus. xD)

I have a program called DJtone Xpress. It cost me about 14 dollars though, but I get lots of good Ringtones from it.

If you don't mind using text messaging to get your ringtones, try using ToneThis [link]
You just edit your mp3 in the program, then it uploads the file to their server, and texts it back to your phone.
